Festival Postponed

After much thoughtful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this year’s festival due to lower-than-anticipated early participation and registration numbers. Despite our team’s dedicated efforts to bring this event to life, the current level of early commitments does not allow us to deliver the experience, programming, and atmosphere that you deserve. We take the blame the entirely, and we are learning from this experience to improve our advertising efforts for the future.

 

This was not an easy decision. Our priority has always been to create a vibrant, high-quality, memorable event. Moving forward under the current circumstances would mean falling short of that vision, and we simply could not do that to you.

 

We also understand many of you may have already made accommodations around the weekend. Our goal is provide this decision in ample time so that these accommodations can be altered without any penalty. Please know that this decision comes from a place of respect for your time, your support, and you expectations.

 

All ticket purchases will be fully refunded to the original method of payment within 4-7 business days. If you do not see your refund after that time, please contact us at 3StrandsPay@gmail.com.
